Green Smoothie Kick-Starter

Ingredients

  • 1 C Almond milk
  • 1 Handful Kale
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • Fresh ginger (2-3 quarter size slices)
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

Blend kale and almond milk together in a blender until the leaves are small and mixed in. Cut and add apple, blend again. Add the rest of the ingredients and a few ice cubes. Seal in your favorite to-go container and get ready to take on your morning.
